• •Facilitate initial contact between homeowners and builders

We do not provide building services, act as a contractor, or enter into contracts for building work. Any contract for building work is between you and the builder directly.

3. No Contract for Building Work

When you are matched with a builder through our service:

• •You enter into a contract directly with the builder, not with us
• •The builder is responsible for quoting, contracting, and delivering the work
• •The builder is responsible for obtaining permits, insurance, and complying with regulations
• •You should conduct your own due diligence before signing any contract

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or completion of any building work
• •We are not liable for any acts or omissions of builders on our roster
• •We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with a builder
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by builders

Our liability to you for any claim arising from our introduction service is limited to the amount of any fee you paid to us (if any).

5. Builder Vetting

We conduct initial checks on builders before adding them to our roster, including interviews, portfolio review, reference calls, and verification of credentials. However, these checks are conducted at the time of onboarding and we do not continuously monitor builders. You should verify current registrations, insurance, and credentials directly with your builder before signing a contract.

6. Disputes

If you have a dispute with a builder:

• •First, try to resolve the issue directly with the builder

7. Governing Law
